Liebherr produces a comprehensive range of machines for the earthmoving industry, including hydraulic excavators, crawler/dragline cranes, crawler dozers and loaders, wheel loaders and dump trucks. The high level of quality that Liebherr demands from its products is guaranteed thanks to the fact that, among other measures, most of the main assemblies it uses are of its own construction. Thus, the entire drive and control technology, which encompasses the product groups consisting of the diesel engine, hydraulics and transmission, are developed and manufactured in-house by Liebherr.

Takeuchi Mfg. Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Akio Takeuchi in 1963. Since then, the company has been a world leading manufacturer of construction equipment such as compact hydraulic excavators and crawler loaders.
